Biography
Rich Feola graduated Summa Cum Laude from Berklee College of Music in Boston in 2009, a jazz guitarist who could hear chord substitutions most people miss. What he didn't anticipate was that the same pattern recognition that made him good at improvisation would make him exceptional at marketing.
When music didn't pay the bills, he pivoted into door-to-door and retail marketing, building field teams from the ground up. That grounding in face-to-face persuasion informed everything that came after. He became a licensed financial planner, built a successful advisory practice, and wrote his first book — Who's Your Pilot? — on finding the right financial advisor near retirement.
In 2017 he founded Solar Exclusive, a lead generation company built on a single premise: solar installers deserve exclusive leads, not shared garbage recycled across five competitors. By 2019 the business was doing $71,000 per month. By 2020, $2 million. By the end of 2021, $4 million per month — a scaling trajectory he has since codified into the R.E.A.P. methodology.
In 2023, Rich was received into the Eastern Orthodox Church. That conversion — not a mood shift but a total reorientation — is reflected in everything from how he runs his businesses to the theological writing he publishes. He sits on the Parish Council at St. John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church in Las Vegas and writes theological treatises he considers some of the most important work of his life.
Outside the office and the parish, Rich is a devoted husband and father to a young daughter. He and his family travel whenever the calendar allows. He grills seriously, drives a 1969 VW bus, and has been following Phish — the Vermont jam quartet — since he was sixteen years old, logging well over fifty shows across decades of touring. For a Berklee-trained jazz guitarist, the devotion makes perfect sense.
